The triangle is a shape of awareness. The outside line of the triangle shape is black colour and The fill inside the triangle will be yellow colour as a caution.
I chose Pollution as the main problem of the global warming But. there're two causes which are the natural causes and the unnatural causes. So, the Volcano here represents the natural causes, and the factory represents the unnatural causes which is man made.
The color of the object is black (Full black like shadow) so it gives a simple design.
The ice melting is a result of the global warming, so the liquid that is leaking down from the earth shape represents the Ice Melting.
The colour of the drops is white fill (inside fill) and black lines (Outside lines).
The leaking ice from the earth and it's leaking outside the triangle means that the earth is so warm that makes the ice leaks out from the triangle.
This is the sketch of my symbol about the global warming with causes and effects.

Your symbol is acceptable, the warning sign is normally put in red color, would you want to consider it.
I was asked to design an awareness Symbol. I believe that the yellow colour represents it. If we took a look at the Traffic light, there are three colours which are Red, Yellow and Green. The red colour orders us to take the action of stop. The green colour gives a sign that allows us to proceed. When it comes to the Yellow, it warns us to slow down because the red light will take its turn soon.
This is why I chose the colour of Yellow.
